Overview: This 2 part enhanced workshop is designed to help businesses who use HubSpot and want to introduce a structured process to help improve your sales team's performance, creating a repeatable process that will allow you to:

The workshop is split into 2 parts. Part 1 is designed for C-Level Execs, sales leaders, marketing leaders and sales enablement professionals 

Part 2 is designed for sales leaders and marketing professionals who can support them with their knowledge of HubSpot and the available collateral that could be used to support the sales process.  

Objectives: By the end of these workshops, you will:

Part 1 

  • Understand how the implementation of Sales Enablement can play a vital role in improving sales performance to drive growth
  • Have mapped out the 'current' and 'to be' sales and marketing process, and reviewed where sales Enablement can close the gap 
  • Review what is required to systemise Sales Enablement in your organisation and what technology, processes, content and organisational changes will be required. 
  • Develop a plan for implementing Sales Enablement in your organisation

Part 2 

  • Understand how HubSpot Sales tools can be used to automate elements of the sales process
  • Identify marketing alerts and content that will support sales Enablement activities
  • Set up essential elements of HubSpot Sales to help you close better business

  • Part 1 will be run via webex or on a customers site
  • Part 2 will be run via webex  

Pre-requisites: Attendees need a good understanding of current sales and marketing processes, and a list of things that would make selling easier in your environment. A HubSpot SalesPro license is not essential - we can set up a trial version to use on the course - but you will need your HubSpot ID and password.  

Cost: £1,100 - £1,850 plus VAT depending on customer needs.
